Refund & Revision Policy

This policy explains how revisions, refunds, turnaround times, and project abandonment are handled at Dentara LLC. Read it carefully — by purchasing, you agree to it.

§01

Digital Service Nature

All Dentara services are digital, custom, and time-based. As soon as a payment is received, we begin allocating design time, planning resources, and tooling to your project. For this reason, payments are treated as non-refundable deposits once work has started.

§02

Agreement at Purchase

By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Service, this Refund & Revision Policy, and the scope listed at checkout.

§03

Revision Rounds

  • Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds (typically two) noted at checkout.
  • All revision requests for a given round must be submitted together, in writing, as a consolidated list.
  • Revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the draft.
  • Sequential one-off requests will be counted toward the round count.

What Counts as a Revision

  • Adjustments to copy, spacing, color use, or section ordering within the original scope.
  • Replacing images or icons with assets you provide.
  • Refinements to the originally agreed layout.

What Does Not Count as a Revision

  • New design directions or full restyles.
  • New sections, new pages, or additional features not in the original scope.
  • New integrations or automations.
  • Rework caused by significant changes in business strategy mid-project.

Turnaround Times

  • First draft: typically delivered within the timeframe stated at checkout (e.g. 24 hours), starting once full payment and onboarding info are received.
  • Revision rounds: typically delivered within 1–3 business days per round.
  • Timelines are estimates and may shift due to client response delays, scope changes, or third-party platform issues.

Client Response Delays

Delivery clocks pause when we are waiting on you. If you take longer than expected to provide content, feedback, or approvals, the project timeline shifts accordingly. Repeated unresponsiveness may move the project to abandonment status (see below).

§08

Project Abandonment

If a client does not respond to communication for 30 consecutive days, the project is considered abandoned. Abandoned projects are closed without refund. Reactivation may require a new agreement and an additional fee.

Refunds Before Work Begins

If you change your mind before any design or development work has begun, contact hello@dentara.ai immediately. If we have not started, we will review your request and aim for a fair resolution.

§10

Refunds After Work Has Started

Refunds are not offered once work has started. Time, planning, and resources allocated to your project cannot be returned.

§11

Non-Refundable After Approval

Once you approve a draft or the final deliverable, that stage of work is final and non-refundable. Subsequent changes may be quoted as new work.

§12

Emergency Issues

If a delivered page has a clear technical defect related to our work, contact us promptly. We will investigate and correct genuine defects at no additional cost. This does not include issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting, or changes made by the client after handoff.

§13

Support Limitations

Standard post-launch support covers questions about how to use your delivered page. Ongoing maintenance, content changes, redesigns, or new features after handoff are not included unless covered by a separate retainer.
