Our commitment
Dentara LLC is committed to making the web usable for everyone. We continually improve the experience for visitors with vision, hearing, motor, or cognitive differences, and we welcome direct feedback at any time.
Accessibility standards
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a baseline standard across dentara.ai and the websites we build for clients. We review the site for:
- Semantic HTML and a meaningful heading order
- Text alternatives for meaningful images
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA
- Full keyboard navigation for primary flows
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- Respect for the 'reduce motion' system preference
Response expectations
- Initial reply within 2 business days.
- Resolution or written scope within 5 business days.
- Critical access blockers (you cannot complete a needed action) are prioritized the same business day.
Alternative communication methods
If you cannot use a part of the site, we will complete the request with you in whichever channel works best:
- Email, write to hello@dentara.ai and a person will reply.
- Scheduled phone call, we can call you at a time you choose.
- Plain text, we can email any page's contents in plain text.
- Read aloud, we can read information back to you on a call.
How to request assistance
- Email hello@dentara.ai with what you were trying to do.
- Include the page URL if you can, it helps us help you faster.
- Tell us your preferred response channel (email, call, plain text).
- You do not need to use any form on the site to make a request.
Known limitations
Some embedded third-party tools (payment modals, analytics overlays, certain form widgets) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We track these and update integrations as providers improve. If one of them blocks you today, email us and we will complete the action with you directly.
