Project Timeline Policy

A standard single-page Dentara website is typically delivered in 5–10 business days from the moment we receive your completed intake. Multi-page or content-heavy builds run longer and we'll quote the timeline up front.

The timeline begins when intake is complete (content, photos, branding, and account access) — not at the moment of payment. This is the single most common cause of timeline drift.

• Missing or partial intake materials.
• Delays returning revision feedback (the clock pauses during waits).
• New pages or features added after kickoff.
• Third-party dependencies — domain registrars, email providers, or platforms outside our control.

You'll receive milestone updates at intake confirmation, first draft, each revision round, and pre-launch checks. If you want a status check between milestones, ask — we'll send one.

If we miss a milestone for reasons inside our control, we say so directly and give a new realistic date. No vague excuses.
