Life happens. Businesses change direction. This policy explains how to pause a project cleanly and resume without losing what's been built.
§02
Free pause window
The first 30 calendar days of pause are free. No penalty, no rework fee, no expiring deposits.
§03
Extended pause
Pauses between 30 and 90 days are accepted but a small reactivation fee may apply to cover re-onboarding (typically rebuilding context, re-checking dependencies, and updating any platform changes).
§04
Beyond 90 days
Pauses longer than 90 days may require a fresh scope and updated quote. We'll honor the design direction and assets we've already produced — we just can't guarantee the original timeline or pricing remains valid.

Resuming
Send a short note when you're ready. We confirm a restart date within 2 business days and pick up from the last completed milestone.
