Transparent pricing, secure processing, and clear invoicing. Here's exactly how payment works with Dentara.

How pricing works

Project pricing is quoted up front and confirmed in writing before any work begins. There are no hidden charges and no surprise invoices.

§02

Payment structure

Most projects are billed in two stages: an upfront amount that kicks off intake and design, and a final amount before launch. Larger builds may be milestoned differently — always written down before kickoff.

§03

Payment methods

Payments are processed through a regulated payment provider (Stripe). Dentara does not store your card details — they live with the processor under bank-level encryption.

§04

Receipts and invoices

You receive an emailed receipt for every payment. Itemized invoices are available on request and can be addressed to your business entity for accounting purposes.

§05

Currency and taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax (if any) is shown on your invoice. International clients are responsible for any local taxes on their side.

§06

Late payments

Final payment is due before launch. If a final invoice goes unpaid for more than 14 days past the due date, we pause active work and notify you. We don't disable a launched website over billing disputes — we resolve them in writing.
