Communication Policy

Media & Portfolio Usage

Effective May 2026
In plain English

When and how Dentara may feature finished client work — and how you can control whether your project appears.

§01

Default

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Dentara may show your finished website as a case study or portfolio piece on our own site, in proposals, and in occasional social posts.

§02

What this includes

  • Screenshots and short scrolling videos of the live website.
  • The business name (so the work is attributable).
  • A short factual description of the project.
§03

What this never includes

  • Internal communications, draft messages, or revision notes.
  • Anything you've marked confidential.
  • Personal information about your customers, employees, or team beyond what's already publicly displayed on your site.
§04

Opting out

If you don't want your project featured, tell us by email at any time — before, during, or after the project — and we'll exclude it. There is no penalty.

§05

Take-down requests

If you previously agreed and change your mind, request removal by email. We'll remove the featured material from our site within 14 days.
