What maintenance typically covers
- Copy updates and content swaps.
- Adding or removing services, team members, or locations.
- New photos or refreshed imagery.
- Small layout adjustments.
- Dependency and security updates on the stack we built on.
- Periodic performance and accessibility checks.
§03
What maintenance does not cover
- Full rebuilds or redesigns.
- New pages and sections beyond minor additions.
- Custom integrations or new features.
- Marketing campaigns, ad management, or content marketing.

Without a maintenance plan
Your website continues to run normally. We don't touch it without your instruction. If something breaks because of a platform change you weren't expecting, contact us — we'll quote the fix transparently.
§05
Security expectations
Maintained sites receive periodic dependency updates. Unmaintained sites remain functional but accumulate technical debt over time, like any software.
