Launch Policy

Launch day is the most exciting and the most fragile moment of the project. This policy explains exactly how we get there safely.

§01

Pre-launch checklist

  • Final client approval received in writing.
  • All forms tested end-to-end on the live address.
  • Mobile, tablet, and desktop checks completed.
  • Page speed and Core Web Vitals reviewed.
  • On-page SEO metadata and structured data verified.
  • Analytics installed (if requested).
  • Domain and DNS access confirmed.
§02

Go-live window

We schedule launches Monday through Thursday during business hours. We avoid Friday afternoons, weekends, and U.S. federal holidays so any post-launch issue can be addressed quickly.

§03

DNS propagation

Once DNS is pointed to your new site, propagation across the global internet typically completes in minutes but can take up to 24–48 hours. We monitor the rollout and confirm when you and your visitors will see the live site.

§04

Post-launch window

For 14 days after launch we fix anything we missed at no charge — broken links, layout issues on uncommon screens, or anything that doesn't match the approved design. Content changes after launch fall under maintenance.

§05

Rollback

If a launch surfaces a serious issue, we can revert DNS to your previous setup or take the new site offline within the same business day. You're never stuck with a broken page.

§06

Handoff

At launch, you receive ownership information, account access summaries, and a short reference document so you always know where your website lives and who controls each piece.
