Late Response Policy

What happens when project replies stall — for either side — and how we keep the project from quietly drifting.

§01

Normal response cadence

Active projects expect a reply within 1–2 business days. This applies to us and to you.

§02

When we're late

If we miss a response window, expect a direct message explaining why and when you'll hear back. We don't go quiet without notice.

§03

When you're late

If we don't hear back for 5 business days during an active stage, we send a follow-up. After 10 business days without a response, the project is moved to the inactive queue and the original timeline no longer applies.

§04

Inactive projects

Inactive projects can be resumed at any time. After 60 days of inactivity, we may need to re-quote the remaining work because materials, pricing, and team availability change over time.

Refunds during long pauses

If a project goes inactive due to client unresponsiveness, the milestones already delivered are non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for the full picture.
