Hosting accounts are in your name when possible. When we manage hosting for you, you can request migration to your own account at any time and we hand it off cleanly.
Hosting fees are billed by the provider directly — not by Dentara. Most small business sites fit comfortably in the free or low-cost tier of the providers we use.
If your hosting provider experiences an outage, your site may be temporarily unreachable. Dentara doesn't operate the hosting infrastructure and cannot guarantee uptime, but we do monitor major incidents and let you know when one applies to you.
Production code and content are version-controlled. On request, we can hand over a complete export so you have an independent copy.
If you want to move your site to a different host, we can either guide you or perform the migration for a documented fee. Either way, no lock-in.
