When you start a project, you consent to receive project-related email from Dentara: intake confirmations, drafts, revision links, launch notices, and follow-up. This isn't marketing — it's how the work happens.

If you opt in to marketing or educational content (for example, a newsletter or product updates), you'll receive that until you unsubscribe. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

Invoices, receipts, agreement confirmations, and other transactional notices are sent regardless of marketing preferences because they're required by the engagement.

Reply "unsubscribe" to any email, or click the unsubscribe link in marketing email. We process opt-outs within 5 business days at most, usually immediately.
