Why we document everything
Written records prevent misremembered decisions, protect the schedule, and give both sides a clear reference if a question ever comes up. Nothing important about your project lives only in a phone call or DM.
Every Dentara engagement is documented in writing. This policy explains what we record, why we record it, and how those records protect both sides of the project.
Written records prevent misremembered decisions, protect the schedule, and give both sides a clear reference if a question ever comes up. Nothing important about your project lives only in a phone call or DM.
Records are kept inside our internal project system and the email threads tied to your engagement. They're not shared publicly and are not used for any purpose outside running and protecting your project.
You can request a written summary of your project record at any time — scope, approvals, payments, revision history, and launch sign-off. We respond within 5 business days.
Project records are retained for at least 3 years after launch for accounting, warranty, and reference purposes. Personal data within those records is handled under the Privacy Policy.
If a question comes up about what was agreed, what was delivered, or when, we point both sides to the written record first. Calm, factual, and protective for everyone involved.
Ownership reminder: Your domain, content, branding, and final website files belong to you. Dentara builds and organizes — we never trap clients inside our systems.
