Business claims (years in business, certifications, awards, guarantees, pricing), service descriptions, testimonials, photos, and any factual statements are your responsibility. You confirm accuracy at approval.
We are responsible for how content is structured, presented, and rendered — typography, hierarchy, layout, performance, and accessibility.
Where we lightly polish copy you provided, we don't change facts, claims, or guarantees. If we ever suggest a meaningful wording change, you see it and approve it before launch.
If we use stock photography, icons, or fonts on your site, they're licensed for your commercial use through providers we trust. We document where each licensed asset came from on request.
You confirm that any displayed testimonial or review represents a real customer and that you have permission to publish it.
If your business is regulated (legal, medical, financial), specific claims may need legal or compliance review on your side. We don't act as your legal or compliance advisor.
Ownership reminder: Your domain, content, branding, and final website files belong to you. Dentara builds and organizes — we never trap clients inside our systems.
