Communication Policy

Clear written communication is how every Dentara project stays on schedule. This policy describes the channels we use, the cadence to expect, and the standards we hold ourselves to.

§01

Primary channel

All project communication happens by email and through your private project link. Email creates a permanent written record for both sides and keeps decisions traceable.

§02

Response windows

  • General inquiries: 1–2 business days.
  • Active project messages: within 1 business day.
  • Pre-launch week: same business day where possible.
  • Outside business hours, weekends, and U.S. federal holidays, replies resume the next business day.
§03

What we don't use

We don't use SMS, social DMs, or unscheduled phone calls for project work. Calls can be arranged when there's a clear agenda — but the decisions made on a call are confirmed in writing afterward.

§04

Tone

Professional, calm, and direct. We won't oversell or push you toward decisions. We expect the same respectful tone in return.

§05

Confidentiality

Anything you share privately about your business stays private. We don't share client materials publicly without explicit permission (see Media & Portfolio Usage).

§06

Escalation

If a thread feels stalled or unclear, ask for a written summary. We'll restate the open items, owners, and next steps so both sides are aligned.
