Client Responsibilities

A clear, friendly summary of what we need from you so your project ships on time and the finished website actually represents your business.

§01

Provide accurate business information

Business name, address, phone, hours, service area, and licenses must be accurate and current. We build what you give us — corrections after launch are your responsibility.

§02

Submit content on time

Copy, photos, logos, and any source materials should be ready at intake or arrive promptly when requested. Delays on materials are the single most common cause of delayed launches.

§03

Consolidate feedback

Send one organized batch of feedback per revision round, not piecemeal messages. This is faster for you and protects the quality of the build.

§04

Approve work in writing

Sign-offs on drafts, revisions, and launch must be in writing (email is fine). We don't move to the next stage on a verbal yes.

§05

Keep account access current

Domain registrar, email provider, and analytics accounts should remain in your control. If credentials change mid-project, let us know within one business day.

§06

Be respectful in communication

Professional, calm communication keeps a project healthy. We extend that to you and ask the same in return.
