Business Information Accuracy

Effective May 2026
In plain English

Why accurate business details matter on your website and where the line of responsibility sits.

§01

What we mean by business information

Business name, legal entity, address, phone, email, service area, hours, licenses, certifications, insurance details, pricing, and claims about experience or qualifications.

§02

Your responsibility

You confirm all business information is accurate at intake and again at pre-launch approval. We build what you give us.

§03

Our responsibility

We render the information clearly, structure it correctly (including local business structured data), and flag obvious inconsistencies (mismatched phone numbers between pages, for example) so you can fix them.

§04

Changes after launch

If your hours, address, or service area changes, send an update by email. Maintenance covers these changes quickly. Unmaintained sites continue to display whatever was correct at launch.

§05

Why this matters legally

In regulated industries (legal, medical, financial, contracting), inaccurate claims on your website can have real consequences. Dentara is not your compliance reviewer.
