Brand Asset Responsibility

Effective May 2026
In plain English

Logos, photos, fonts, music, and licensed material — who is responsible for the rights, and what we do when something looks off.

§01

What you provide

Logos, headshots, photography, brand colors, fonts, and any other proprietary assets you send us are assumed to be yours to use, or properly licensed for the use you describe.

§02

What we use when you don't have it

If you don't have specific assets and we agree to use stock material, we source only from providers that grant commercial licenses (e.g. Unsplash, paid stock libraries with clear terms). We can list the source of any stock asset on request.

§03

If something looks unlicensed

If we receive material that looks like it was downloaded from a search engine, a competitor, or an unverified source, we'll flag it. We won't knowingly ship assets that violate someone else's rights.

§04

Fonts

Web fonts are loaded through licensed channels (Google Fonts or a paid foundry). Custom font licenses purchased by the client remain in the client's name.

§05

Take-down requests

If a rights holder ever contacts you about an asset on your site, let us know and we'll help remove or replace it promptly.
