What Dentara Does

Dentara designs and builds conversion-focused landing pages, onboarding systems, and supporting automations for service businesses. Each engagement is structured around one clear outcome: turning the right visitors into real leads.

What You Get

  • A custom landing page built around your offer.
  • A clear conversion structure (headline, proof, action).
  • Mobile-first, performance-focused build.
  • Defined revision rounds.
  • A live launch on your domain.
§03

Onboarding Flow

  • You complete the onboarding form with your business details.
  • You complete payment through Stripe.
  • You receive a confirmation and your project enters our build queue.
§04

Communication Flow

  • Project communication happens over email and through your private project link.
  • We respond within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday.
  • Please respond to drafts and approval requests within 5 business days to keep your timeline on track.

Revision Flow

  • Each engagement includes the revision rounds noted at checkout.
  • Submit all feedback for a round together as a single consolidated list.
  • Major direction changes or new features are quoted separately as new work.

Launch Process

  • Once you approve the final draft, we prepare the build for launch.
  • We connect your domain or guide you through the steps if you self-manage hosting.
  • Your page goes live and you receive launch confirmation.

Support Structure

Standard post-launch support covers questions about how to use your delivered page. Ongoing maintenance, redesigns, or new features after handoff are handled under a separate scope or retainer.

What We Are Responsible For

  • Delivering the agreed scope to a professional standard.
  • Communicating clearly and on schedule.
  • Protecting your information per our Privacy Policy.

What You Are Responsible For

  • Providing accurate business information and brand assets.
  • Reviewing and approving drafts within reasonable timeframes.
  • Managing your own hosting, domain, email, and third-party accounts.
  • Ensuring your offer and any content you provide is lawful and accurate.

Important Notes

  • Dentara does not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, or business outcomes.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Third-party platforms (Stripe, Typeform, hosting, automation tools) are governed by their own terms.
