What we guarantee at launch
At the moment of launch, every Dentara page is built and reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA targets — color contrast, keyboard navigation, semantic structure, alt text on imagery we provide, and accessible focus states.

Where guarantees end
- Third-party widgets embedded after launch (chat, booking, video players) may not meet AA on their own.
- Client-added content (PDFs, images without alt text, embedded social posts) may need manual remediation.
- Older browsers and assistive technologies behave inconsistently across platforms.

If a user reports an issue
Send accessibility reports to hello@dentara.ai. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to remediate within 14 days for issues in the original build.

Continuous improvement
Accessibility is not a one-time checkbox. If you're under a maintenance plan, we re-check accessibility on a recurring basis.
